I've been to 1 and 2 star hotels that were in way better shape than this hotel. The only reason I am staying is because the room is paid for courtesy of a seminar for my business. Upon checking in I was suppose to have a king bed and was told there's none available. So they try to stick me in a double bed room I asked is there no rooms with a queen for my wife will be attending tomorrow. Guy says yes I have one available but it's on the bottom floor. Told him that was fine so off to my room I go. Once at the room I find out it's a handicap room with one full size bed🤦. Not only that but the room is in terrible shape: wall paper falling off walls, spots/stains on walls where someone tried to do a crappy job of re-glueing the wall paper, cracks in the Sheetrock, bathroom sink falling off wall, stains on the head board, stains on carpet, heck even the ice bucket wasn't cleaned out by the last guest. This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Heck the bed doesn't even have a fitted sheet on it. The got lazy and just wrapped it with a regular one. Sad part is this is suppose to be a Hilton😔, so.much for luxury and quality. I will never stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend o

We chose this Hilton property because my husband was scheduled for surgery the following morning, and we wanted a clean, comfortable place to rest beforehand. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. My father is a Hilton Diamond for Life member, so I've stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and know the level of quality the brand typically provides. This hotel made a good first impression with its open lobby, bar, and coffee shop, but that impression quickly faded once we got to our room. The room was uncomfortably muggy, and despite adjusting the thermostat, the air conditioning never cooled below 74 degrees. It made for a very restless night, especially given the circumstances of our visit. The cleanliness and condition of the room were also unacceptable. The upholstered headboard had multiple disgusting stains, the carpet felt dirty and sticky underfoot, and the bottom of the bathroom door was visibly rotting from moisture damage. I also noticed that there was no fitted sheet on the mattress, only a top sheet. These are not the standards I expect from a Hilton property. We specifically booked this hotel so my husband could get a good night's slee

Needed to spend one night due to an early morning procedure at Duke. I'm retired (2021) and always found Hilton properties were exceptional during my professional career. It's a great location for Duke Medical. The rooms were pretty dated, ours 443 looked like there was poop in the shower, the toilet ran all night (needs a new flapper), cleaning supplies left on vanity counter (coming back to clean up the shower?) luckily we found the new Mexican restaurant (Mescalitos) an easy Wal and spent a couple of hours enjoying the food and drinks. The bed a room were comfortable just very in-need of a fresh. Even the desk chair was missing on other arm rests. Expensive for such a propert. At least the front desk folks were nice.

Not a bad thing in this review! This is the second time I have been to this Hilton location, and since I have relatives that live here in NC, the hotel was very accommodating! Very nice bar too! The pool is great! The fitness center definitely has some good machines for your workout routine💪. The room was fantastic! It’s all based on the vibe and it was a definite 5 stars for me, fully met all expectations! 😌🙌
